Thanks, guys, for carrying the thread while I lounged around the last couple of days.

3 miles on the treadmill, 1% incline, in 27:33 (9:11 mile pace).

Walked to warm up and cool down.

Rich: I will look in the closet for my game face. Probably hanging next to my uniform.

5 relatively easy miles in 44:25.  Weather cool (60F), overcast and humid.

DH, at least you know where it is, but maybe you should check the closet to make sure

Couldn't run until I knew how my Giants did.  Heart was going fast that last inning,  66 bpm - guess I'm in better shape then I thought...

Maybe my mojo is slowly coming back. Ran 4 in an average of 9:53 per with the last mile at 9:33.  Nothing of note among you speed demons, but trending in the right direction, and felt great.

I think the extra miles are starting to pay off.

After watching the VP debates, I think I need to run again!  ;)

Everybody's running well from the looks.  Lately I'm a day late posting, but I think I'm kind'a in limbo waiting to get my legs under me again.

Today's run was better, 4 miles on the railtrail.  First mile in 10:54, then 9:52, 9:52 and 9:58.  I'm not really pushing the pace, but rather waiting for it to happen on its own.

Enjoy life, this ain't a rehearsal...
