First of all, it is good to see you are back! Good luck getting back on track and be carefull in the begining, sometimes injuries just "lurk" around a corner waiting to come back, so take it easy.
Concerning your PBs, you have quite a long way to go, but considering were you come from (no running at all), I would say you have already done the hardest part.
