10 miles on the mtn bike again for me today. I'm getting a kick out of this, my times are coming down on these bike rides, for whatever that's worth...lol
I rode 10 the other day in 50:17, today I covered the same course in 45:58. I've got it figured I'm going so fast people can't see me, I'm just a blur...![]()

Mike, starting it easy this week. Good, smart. Good luck on the rest of the 25 and remember to go a little slower while increasing.
6 mile recovery run today. Total time 57:30 or 9:40m/mile. First mile was pretty bad ~10+ and probably 9:30 after that. Have to check when I get home (upload the data from my garmin)

By the way, I want to thank everyone here, especially Rich, for inspiring me to keep at it this fall.
Not sure I could have maxed my 2-mile run on Saturday without you.

Anyone remember the cartoon characters Calvin and Hobbs? If you do, then you should be able to visualize a blur. Remember when those two rode on a toboggan? lol
Dark Horse, all the credit for your qualifying run rests squarely on your shoulders. You know this bunch was rooting you on, so in a way it was a team effort, but your hard work is what pulled you through when it got tough.
And judging by today's treadmill run, you're holding up just fine. Good for you!
