Tuesday - 2 mile walk / jog - 26 minutes
Wedneday - 3 mile run - 11:30 pace
Thursday - 4 mile run - 10:10 pace
Friday - 10 mile bike ride - 50:17
Saturday - 8 mile bike ride - 39:19
Sunday - 6 mile bike ride - 29:49
