Nordic walked 3 miles on the railtrail this morning, splits were 14:53, 14:40 and 14:35. Rode 4 miles on the mtn bike in 19:06 this evening. Sore foot seems to be coming along nicely...

DH, how long do you take between sets of 10x10? Do you go back and forth between exercises?
Mike, I don't always do 10x10. Lately I have done it a few times because
a) I am not in great shape right now, so I have done short sets to make it easier to get to 100; and
b) There happen to be 10 main stretches in my stretching routine.
So I have done a stretch, then 10 pushups, then 10 situps; and repeat for a total of 10 times, but with a different stretch each time. (Also there is another stretch that I do one rep of, after every 10 situps; and when I have done the entire routine of 10 stretches and 10x10 pushups and situps, I do yet another stretch 10 times, for my lower back; but now I am probably confusing you.)
As you can see, it's a very customized routine, to address my particular issues.
