PITCHING CLINICS - SATURDAYS - 3 SESSIONS

*Must provide your own catcher with protective gear

SESSION 2: 1/5, 1/12, 1/19, 1/26, 2/2            $175

SESSION 3: 2/9, 2/16, 2/23, 3/2, 3/9, 3/16    $200

TO ENSURE QUALITY INSTRUCTION THIS CLINIC IS LIMITED TO ONLY 4 PLAYERS.

10:00-11:00  Beginners:  We will be working on the basic mechanics of ball grip, release, arm speed and most of all confidence.

11:00-12:00 Advanced:  This clinic will focus on an understanding of the importance of location and how to move the ball around.  Understand how your lower half (legs) play a huge role in pitching.  Will also include different pitch development: change, drop, curve, rise and the mental part of pitching
