Well, I was supposed to run today, but the weather is bad and my joints are complaining about that. Hopefully the weather will be clear tomorrow and my body won't be so stiff.
AlmightyD: It sounds like you are doing GREAT! Are you running 3 miles without any walking breaks? Sounds like you could skip ahead in the program to week 8 or 9. To answer your question about races, I don't have anything planned yet. I want to make sure I can run 3 miles before I sign up for one.
