What is everyone's pre game routine? (shooting and stretching) i want to know everything

    I like to do some shooting drills when i just get there. Something easy for the muscles, like 1-2 meters from the basket and focus on my form. Then I'll jog around the court, gradually increasing my tempo to get my heart rate a little higher. After that I go to the free throw line and shoot, and finish this with light stretching.
