5 miles on the treadmill, 1% incline, 47:30 (9:30 mile pace).
I'm pretty sure running on the treadmill is easier than running outside, but it's so much gentler on my joints, I think I just have to use it for training purposes. At least I set it at 1% incline. We all do what we can.
I'm a dark horse, running on a dark race course.
Nice runs you two. D.H., I've always found running on the treadmill more difficult than running outside. I always feel like I'm working harder to run the same pace.
I walked 3 miles today, but no running. I can't believe how good my injured foot feels, now I'm keeping my fingers crossed this if for real.
