44 miles for me.
Not as many miles as September, but let me count the pluses for October:
--3 runs almost every week, which means I was consistent
--maxed the 2-mile run for my age (54) on the annual APFT (Army Physical Fitness Test)
--DID NOT GET INJURED!
By my modest standards, this was a very good month.
I'm a dark horse, running on a dark race course.
