YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! I DID WEEK ONE!
The arrangment w/ the college gal (babysitting during runs in exchange for piano lessons) is going to work out GREAT, and my running buddy from 2 years ago wants to pick things back up. SO happy to be making progress.
Day 3 wasn't too bad, which is something I remember loving about c25k: the first days sucks, second day you're tired, third day isn't so bad and you realize you've made progress.
I'm trying hard to just focus on running. Once I get the first 9 weeks of c25k done, I'll probably start doing Weight Watchers again and do some strength/cross training. For now, I have to take things on one at a time.
Thanks for the encouragement. How is everyone else doing? Are you bodies holding up and cooperating? ha ha I was sore for a few days after day 1, but it wasn't bad after that. My abs have been sore, which I LOVE because I need to work on 'em...get that baby/c-section flattened out!
