Hello, I am Steven and I am 14 years old. I just finished off my Cross Country season with a 37th place finish in the 4K at Junior Olympics Associations for all of New England! The season was great, after having the regular season, states (Bill ROgers came to one of our practices!) then JO.
Now comes the winter, then Track. I am looking to get better over the winter, do well in track.
Last year, I ran a 2:35 800m and a 5:44 mile.
I was wondering, how should I train? I go to the local swim and gym, and can work out there (other then the treadmill)
