This race is part of the Tennessee State Parks Running Tour. The course begins with a nasty uphill and then you level out for another hill in the first half. That makes it nice for finishing the second half on a down hill. The race director is very experienced and it is unlikely that there will be any glitches. Awards in the past have been unique and collectable. (Turkey Pilgrim Statuettes, etc.) The price is quite good and there will be a few faster runners as this is part of a grand prix series. Great way to work off those pumpkin pies.
