This event is well organized and in a beautiful location. There is usually a great meal afterwards. You can take a shower at the facility there afterwards and clean up for the ride home. It is part of a series of runs in the State of Tennessee Parks system. This is one of the shorter races and the hills are not steep. It has two turn arounds, one at each end of the course. You start in the middle and go out and back in two directions. There usually are a few fast runners that will give you some competition. Price is right, also.
