Thursday's racewalk didn't seem to aggravate my foot, so I took another 3 mile walk pretending to be a racewalker again Friday. I don't have the form right and my splits show it, 14:15, 14:10 and 14:16.
When you watch real racewalkers, it doesn't look like there's any stress in what they do, their heads stay nice and level as they float along doing 7 minute miles. You're supposed to keep a straight leg and I can't seem to get the hang of it.
Anyway, someday I'll be a runner again and then I won't care...lol
