Not much of a workout, just 20 minutes on the Nordic Track machine today. I wore cross country ski boots, which gave my wife a good laugh, but worked to protect my injured foot during the workout so I ignored the cheering section... lol
That foot felt good enough so I had to at least experiment with the treadmill to see if I could run, but shut it down within a few seconds, I'm definitely not ready for that. The good news is I'm totally pain free lately, so I'm gaining.
