Exactly. If there are 2 layers of fabric between you and the outside world...that's not commando.

Commando 100% of the time for the past few years....easy run, recovery run, HM, marathon, and every other time of day...even in a dress I say F&CK PANTIE LINES!!!!!

Honestly, it should be against the law to run with anything on underneath your running shorts. I'm 18 and will be running commando until I die.

Well, I just had a busy day.

My skirts have spankies, but I am still commando. I occasionally wear panties, but not very often. Let's just say that when I do wear them, it's not for me. I need to find a man methinks....
