10 lat pulldowns
10 wrist curls
10 leg presses each leg
10 kickbacks each leg

Well, the Patriots played Thursday, so I don't know who I'll watch tomorrow. Maybe Denver.
I spent 30 minutes on the ski machine today. I like the workout, but will probably stick to 30 minutes max, it gets boring after a while. A few push-ups and sit-ups finished off the day.
My foot's so close to being healed I'm tempted to run, but will hold off a while longer. I hate being injured, it's like being a dog with a shock collar on. Try going for a run and you'll get zapped...
