And I Ran, a new project celebrating women runners is seeking contributions!
Are you a lifelong runner? A mid-life novice? Are you a racer and medal-winner or a clear-your-head and mediator? Whatever running means to you, however fast or slow, "serious" or "casual", whether running is your obsession, your prayer, your escape, your promise to yourself or just the most fun you've had in forever, we want to hear from you!
Send 500-1000 vivid words about your running journey to sheila dot squillante at gmail dot com. Please include a bio of 50 words or less and a photo for inclusion.
What are the details of this venture? I have been involved in several before that resulted in unauthorized publications, books without credit, or random, on-line sources that were not credible. Please explaine the overall purpose of personal contributions and how they will be utilized to benefit female runners, the authors and others. Otherwise, there is a problem with accountability and beyond, so most would be hesitant to join or share their personal stories.
