Yesterday was a day of floor exercises, push-ups, sit-ups and planks. I AM getting a little running in chasing squirrels away from my bird feeders, but that's it.
I don't mind feeding squirrels, I just want 'em to stay on the ground and not park their butts in the feeders so the birds can't eat.
It's comical, I chase 'em away, they watch me go back into the house, then make a dash for the feeders again... lol
Push-ups, sit-ups and side planks again for me today. (Saturday) Taking it day to day, but no walking and no running just yet.
