Runs & workouts, Thursday, November 29, 2012

3 miles on the railtrail again today.  I eliminated the second mile run and just walked with the sticks.  Splits were 14:50, 14:35 and 14:38.  Plantar Faciitis seems to be a lesser problem for me lately than the tendon that holds the arch up. 

 

It's called the Posterior Tibial Tendon and mine's inflamed.  Symptoms are swelling and tenderness where it enters the inner foot at the midstep and I need to rest the fool thing.

 

Yippee!

    Rich, I'm sorry for your frustration. Believe me, I know about frustration.

     

    About to leave for a week of military training and that situation has most of my attention. But if I had organized my time better, I could have worked out the last couple of days.

    Rich, understand the frustration - hang in there.

     

    DH, good luck with your training.

     

    Got a bit of a workout walking to the game last night  Had my tendon tighten up during the game (who knew sitting could be so detrimental)

    Tight game, but my boys came through.  Rose Bowl!
