Runs & workouts, Sunday, December 2, 2012

30 minutes on the Nordic Track ski machine, sit-ups and push-ups.  As long as I wear ski boots using this machine, there's no stress to the P.F. in my right foot.

    Rich, kudos for being creative and finding a way to work out.

     

    I am down in Panama City, Florida, for a week of military training. Hoping to find time to work out tomorrow. Tonight everybody went out to a ribs place for barbecue and beer. I'm not much of a joiner to say the least, but they are all nice guys (and one nice gal), and sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do for the sake of morale and unit cohesion.

    Well, this is a surprise D.H., just when I think it's time to stop posting to this forum due to lack of participation from other older runners here, you show up...lol

     

    Good for you for joining the BBQ, the last thing you need is be considered an outsider.

     

    And good luck getting in a workout today.
