To Quality:  Teams only need to register with ASA and participate in at least one ASA Invitational Tournament.

Rosters:  Rosters will consist of players competing in as ASA Invitational plus three(3) pick up players will be allowed per team.

Format:  Three(3) game guarantee- 3 game wrap bracket will be used.

Bracket will be a blind draw and teams whould be prepared to start play at 6pm on Friday, June 14th

Cost:  $250 per team and 8U is $100
