30 minutes on the ski machine, push-ups, side planks & sit-ups. 

 

It's funny how little I look forward to getting on the ski machine, it's like eating Lentil soup.  You know it's good for you, but it still leaves a bad taste in your mouth...

 

Edited to add:  Dark Horse, take a look at these Yoga stretches for Plantar Faciitis.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MYKTf0RAJ38  I couldn't do them as well as she does, but they definitely help.
