5 miles on the railtrail today. 1/2 mile walk, 4 mile run, 1/2 mile walk. Splits were 8:03, 9:57, 9:32, 9:39, 9:36 and 8:04. I'm working to run these splits, so a nice workout. It's looking more and more like I might have Plantar Fasciitis on the run, keeping my fingers crossed.
