Runs & workouts for week ending 12/23/2012

5 miles on the railtrail today.  1/2 mile walk, 4 mile run, 1/2 mile walk.  Splits were 8:03, 9:57, 9:32, 9:39, 9:36 and 8:04.  I'm working to run these splits, so a nice workout.  It's looking more and more like I might have Plantar Fasciitis on the run, keeping my fingers crossed.

Dark Horse, what'd you do, jump the fence and run off?

Enjoy life, this ain't a rehearsal...

Rich, assume the foot is doing better and no soreness today.  Excellent!

    DH, Merry Christmas!

    Sounds reasonable.

I don't think of the rowing sessions as intense, but they might be.  I'm not where I was last year at this time, but then I've pretty much stopped rowing after January.

My shoulders and neck are pretty tired now.  It's all good tho.
