I'd be lying if I said my injured foot is pain free. But... when I left the house this morning headed for the railtrail, it was, so I decided to extend my run a bit.
Between the contrast baths, stretches and walks, my arch is slowly getting better. My approach hasn't changed, as long as I don't aggravate this injury, staying active will help it heal more quickly.
