Evry drill, run it as fast as you can, suicides, rebounding, even go hard in layup lines. Focus on the effort things in practice and in games. (defense, loose balls, rebounding). Always pick up your teamates when they r down, and respect your opponents. If ur coach wont recognize u then, then he doesnt deserving to be coaching
