Winter Training

As the tempature's turn cold here in the East, I was wondering how outdoor cyclists kept up with their training during winter? Obviously riding in the cold is an option but I was hoping to get ideas for keeping up my training (w/o doing it outdoors)?
Does anyone have any recommendations of indoor cycling training?
Thanks!
I stay outside as long as conditions allow. We are luckier this year. But I always hit the indoor trainer. I am a coach, so I use most of my own workouts and sometimes I use DVD's. Indoor cycling is great to work on specific issues. ie, form, endurnace, climbing, TT work.
If you shoot me an email, I can be more specific to you.
