The TexasStorm is a nationally recognized fastpitch softball organization thatcompetes in some of the most prestigious tournaments in the country, and ourteams are comprised of some of the most talented players in the Houston area.We are affiliated with Houston Metro ASA and are are registered through theBellaire Girls Softball Association, which is centrally located in Houston,Texas.

Our16u and 18 Gold teams are managed by experienced professionals and formercollege players, and our players benefit from a staff with a combined 50+ yearsexperience in tournament fastpitch softball. All of our coaches have daughterswho are playing or have played softball at the collegiate level, and nonecurrently have daughters on the team.

Ourcoaching staff offers state-of-the-art instruction in all aspects of the game,and private hitting instruction with video and digital software currently inuse by some of the largest college programs in the country. We stress theimportance of all fundamental skills that are essential to success at thecollegiate levels. Our players also work with professional speed & agilitycoaches, as well as with a  professional mental skills coach to give theman edge against their competition.

The TexasStorm also has one of the best reputations in assisting players in therecruiting process. We have graduated over 60 high school seniors into NCAADivision 1 softball programs, and have a working relationship with over 150college coaches over the entire country. These relationships allow our playersthe opportunity to be recruited by notable college programs from all over theU.S. and not be limited to just Texas schools. We work closely with our playersand their parents to develop a player profile and video skills package that canbe distributed to college coaches and aid in the recruiting process.

Ourplayers receive the highest level of exposure by participating in some of themost prestigious recruiting tournaments in the country, those which are notavailable to many travel teams. We market our players to the coaching communitythrough weekly e-mails and telephone contacts to over 100 college coaches, aneffort that few other teams can match.

Wehave signed players to such colleges as Texas A&M, University of Texas,Baylor, Oregon State, Florida, Missouri, LSU, Texas State, University ofHouston, Rutgers, Ball State,  Ball State, Stephen F. Austin, UL-Lafayette, University of Arkansas, Texas Tech, Boston University, University ofMemphis, UNC-Greensboro, Wagner College, Midwestern State, TSU, Navarro, GalvestonCollege, and Blinn JC, just to name a few.
