5 miles of dashing through the snow on the railtrail. Dashing might be a stretch, but the loose footing makes for a great workout. Splits were 11:07, 10:52, 10:48, 10:42 and 10:20.
Minor discomfort from the Plantar Faciitis in my right foot, but this is definitely progress...
