I'm embracing indoor running; went to a health club to try it out; nice, small, private but machines need to be updated especially the 2 TMs, yes only 2!! Can't imagine the waiting line for them!!
Anyway, there was only one other person who is on the cycle; most of the women who came in and out about every 15 minutes were using the tanning booth!! yikes!
10 minutes on elliptical; ran some easy comfortable intervals, 6.1 miles = 1:10; 1/2 mile walking; 20 minutes core exercises and stretching.
What I NEED is a deep tissue massage!!!
My AZ MT is awesome, very knowledgable about anatomy and understands athletes' aches, stiffness, etc.
It's difficult to find someone in MN, tried one earlier in the summer by referral but I walked out of there all greased up and not feeling any better.
