I've been idle for awhile and so are the discussions here. Planning a walk for lunch and hopefully running on TM tomorrow.
Looks like there might be a better site for posting and tracking runs at runningahead.com - so, will probably head over there.
Looking at joing the discussion inn "General Running - My last run...".

Hey Ray, I'm registered at runningahead.com but haven't posted there in a while. Check out the Boomers forum, it's very active with the people who used to post here.
Anyway, 6 miles on the railtrail for me today. We got 4 inches of snow yesterday and the footing was a little loose, but it made for a good workout just the same. Splits were 11:13. 10:37, 10:38, 10:47, 10:39 and 10:38.
I'm on my way back, should hit about 25 miles this week...

Good workout! Didn't see the Boomers forum - guess I'll have to look more. 3+ mile walk today. So far, so good on leg.

Ray, that's good news on the leg, it sounded like you were close to a stress fracture when you shut it down. Walking is good, keep it up!
I'll see if I can find the Boomers forum over there. Like I said, it's been a while and may be one of the "Groups" people set up, rather than a regular forum. I may not have the name exactly right either... ![]()
