Well, as it turns out my next run was 10 minutes ago.
I was feeling really good and decided not to take a day off just yet.
So jumped right in to W2D2 and it felt great. In the end I decided to push a little again. I ran the #5 and #6 segments all together and stretched it to an 8:45 constant run segment, then did my 5 min cool down. Total I did a 37 minute total workout and just over 13 minutes was running. Which doesn't sound like much but after basically a year plus off, I'm actually pretty happy about it.
tomorrow I'll do some calisthenics and stretching stuff, maybe a walk but take that as my rest day
