Shoes for running in rain/sleet/snow

I'm running in a half marathon this Sunday and the weather calls for rain, sleet, slush, and/or snow.  Most opt not to run in this kind of weather but when you have to, what do you recommend to keep your feet from getting soaked, frozen, and blistered?  Thanks in advance for any suggestions!!

Probably the best thing you can do is get a good pair of wool socks, which retain their insulating properties when wet.  There are gore-tex shoes, mostly for trail running, but I've seen mixed results on how effective they are.  (Plus you'd have to buy and run in a new pair of shoes - never a good idea in a race.  Even the new socks pose some risk.)  Also take along an extra pair of socks and shoes to change into immediately after the race.
