Strained calf muscle

Any help for a strained calf muscle? I pulled it on Wednesday night and it was feeling better so I did a little running on Saturday and 15 minutes into my light run, it felt like It just popped out again. I wanted to do a 5K on This coming saturday and Im not sure if I can be well enough to run, or if i should even risk further injury.....Any suggestions, or tips for future runs. Thanks.

You need to massage that muscle and stretch it out.

Stretching helped mine along with a deep tissue massage. The massage is a little painful, but it worked well for me!
