first 1/2 4 days after scope

I will be running my first half marathon 4 days after a colonscopy.  any thoughts or suggestions?  anyone else been there?

Mainly concerned about diet, as I will be cleaned out...

    I haven't raced that soon after a colonoscopy.  I think the bigger concern would be if they remove some polyps, which might irritate the colon.  Otherwise, regular diet plus possibly some lactobacillus acidophilus (can be gotten through many brands of yogurt or pills) should get you back to normal in a couple days.

    I ran 18 3 days after mine, getting hydrated and fueled is what you need to work on.
