I'm 14 years old 5'7" and just began lifting weights. Is my workout routine for basketball a good one? I work out on Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays for about one hour.
All the excercises are 3 Sets and 10 Reps
Incline Bench Press
Barbell Squat
Calf Raises
Flat Bench Press
Leg Curls
Abdominal Crunches
Dumbbell Biceps Curl
Dumbell Triceps Extension
Shoulder Press
After this I do plyometrics 3 Sets 20 Reps
Box Jumps
Box Jump March
Is this workout a good one? Should I add or take out anything? Help needed please!
