Combining interval cross training with weight training exercises and plyometric drills, I will assist your daughter in building strength, power and improving her speed and endurance. I will also incorporate cross fitness/metabolic training to improve her muscular systems by adding muscle while burning fat.
Interval Cross Training is short periods of high intensity exercise followed by short rest periods. Interval Cross Training improves cardiovascular health, develops muscle mass and improves speed and endurance. My goals are simple: build strength, increase range of motion, and improve speed and agility.
