21 Apr - Sun

I ran a 5 mile race today in Valley Forge Park.  This is a pretty hilly race, with some good hills in the first half and finish on a hill of maybe 3/8 mile.  It was chilly - mid 30s - with mild winds - not noticed after a mile or so.  I took a potty break right after the start (whoops) and the clocks along the way didn't seem consistent, so I'm not sure of my pace.

On Sat I ran the Tar Heel 10 Miler with my daughter a very hilly course, this is the third time we have run this race. It's a great race.

On Sun I swam 1500 ydrs then did a hour trail bike ride.

Good work on the races gentlemen.

    I ran 8 on Sunday.

Like Len experienced it was really cool here. I went out with shorts, T-shirt, and ball cap. Did and about face, and came back out with long pants, light jacket and watch cap. I was not too warm.
