So, I started C25K this week and have completed 2 days. I am loving it! I'm actually finding it easier than I thought it would be - so that's a bonus. What I was not expecting though was the soreness in my upper abs. I'm curious as to how this connects - soreness in my hips I expected and I would have thought lower abs as well. But just the upper??? Hope that doesn't mean I'm doing something wrong!
If someone could explain this I would appreciate it.
