A blog friend from across the pond is looking for some amazing girls to train for a marathon and share their experience. I am contemplating doing it but still have a little bit of fear. You have to have a BMI of 25 or more. I thought I would share with some people here.
I just sent an email expressing interest. I can currently run/walk a half marathon, but have been reluctant to take on a full at my current level of "fluffiness". The extra weight takes a toll on my feet, hips and knees and I can't seem to make it budge (using either the scale or clothes fit as measurement).
