GM people,
Today I will try a little run again... maybe another mile and a half... and will do chest shoulders and tri's, and ride the bike a few miles. And abs of course! My knee feels mostly fine, but I get pain that comes out of nowhere and goes just like it came. I'll keep crosstraining...

Ty-Have a good workout... at least you're doing well so far, I know how you feel about not getting too excited though.. I feel the same way right now. I'm just gonna work on crosstraining, and loosing the last few extra pounds... can't hurt anyway, plus I'm getting buff!

Andi-GM WTG on your bike ride. How cute about DD. I am kinda entertaining the thought of going back to school myself, but I need to really be sure what I want to do. I have a lot of interests, but what would I really want to make a career out of is the question.
