Hi all. About a month ago I had sinnusitis and I was off all training for about 2 weeks. Came back to training for a week and a bit and now over the last 4 days or so I have a productive cough,no sinus issues though. I have again stopped training (except for bjj 2x/week). Anyone experience this kind of thing? Any opinions on whether one should still train or not? I feel fine except for this annoying cough.
I have a chronic cough that I've been running with for a long time now, but it hasn't slowed me down. A little irritating having to deal with it while running, but that's about it. I'd say keep on runnin'!
