I am a new runner and was training for my first 10K. I had to take three weeks off because of a foot injury and thought I wasn't going to be able to do the 10K. Well I ran 2 miles yesterday with no pain. Should I attempt to run the race tomorrow? My worry is the endurance, not so much my foot. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!!
I would be more concerned about the foot and possible re-injury. You should be able to go the distance, even after a couple weeks off. You can always walk if need be.
