Hw can i increase my verticle? My standing is 20 and my max is 27. im just turned 15 years old and i am 5'7 tall

    Jog with ankle weights on. That's what I do. Or jump rope with or without the ankle weights. It should greatly help your vertical.

    Saints, there are lots of ways to do it.  Squats, combined with sprints, along with jump rope, and rim touches.


    But you have to do it in the right way.  If you do too much, you might get hurt, and your muscles won't get the springs that you want.
