I have recently started breaking out in hives after/during my run. I generally run around 5 km. This happens whether I run on the treadmill or outside. I have not changed detergents, don't use fabric softener, haven't changed moisturizer or bodywash etc.. and haven't made changes to my diet. The welts are often worse on my trunk. Today I even broke out on the tops of my hands. Has this happened to anyone? Anyone have any suggestions?
