A recent study published in an online version ofthe journal Sleep, found that those workerswho were exposed to more daylight slept longer at night, actually got more physicalactivity and reported an overall better quality of life than those withoutoffice windows at work.
“The extent to which daylight exposure impactsoffice workers is remarkable,” said study co-author Ivy Cheung, a doctoralcandidate in the Interdepartmental Neuroscience program at NorthwesternUniversity in Chicago, Illinois.
