I've been training with c25k. I'm in week 6 now and feeling really good, but I am having trouble with hills. If i am running in a flat surface or downhill I feel like I could run forever...but once I go uphill I have to take a break.
Any advice on training better for running on hills? How to build endurance on hills?
How are you all doing with c25k? I am running my first 5k in August...getting nervous!!
