My favorites are pushups, pullups, and jogging. Those are my favorite conditioning drills to do. For basketball I like to do the Mikan drill (a drill that helps your dominate and nondominate handed layups) I also like to make up ball handling drills while I'm training. ex: two ball dribbling, behind the back crossover while dribbling up and down the court. What are your favorite drills/workouts to do?
My favorite drills would be cone drills doing different kind of moves and the tennis drill when you dribble and catch the tennis ball. Workouts would be pushups , squats, and calf raises . all helps with muscle .
