Good Workout

Get UP!!!!! a good workout would be........ start off with breakfast before anything . do 100 pushups (10) . do Curl Up 100 without stopping. 100 squats . 100 calf raises. Wait 10 minutes. run up and down somewhere 10-15 times count each up and down as one. and you finish . then #woyg

    Good Workout

    I agree. However, before running do some stretching..............do 90/90 hamstring 10 x and abductor PNF stretch for 10x before going to run.
